About

Production infrastructure for people who actually know something.

Corsai exists because the gap between having expertise and having a course worth selling is a production problem — research, structure, writing, editing, marketing — and that work has always required a team most creators will never hire.

Why we started

A studio will build a creator a premium course for somewhere between ten and fifty thousand dollars. What that money buys is mostly production: someone to research the topic properly, argue about the structure, write the lessons, cut the weak ones, and turn the result into something people will pay for.

Almost none of that work requires the creator. What requires the creator is the expertise, and the judgment about whether a draft is right. Everything in between is a production line — and a production line is something software can run.

So Corsai builds the team instead of the tool. A set of specialized agents that do what a studio does, and one place to publish, sell, and run the community once they’re done. The creator spends their time on their expertise and their students, not on production logistics.

The team we built

8 specialists, each with one job and its own standard.

Decomposed on purpose. A single model asked to “write a course” will produce something competent and generic; narrow jobs with separate quality bars produce something specific. It also means one weak module can be rebuilt without touching the rest.

What we hold to

Four things we treat as non-negotiable.

A creator's voice is not a style setting

The fastest way to make a course worthless is to make it sound like every other course. We treat a lesson that does not sound like you as a bug with the same severity as a page that will not load — not a polish item to get to later.

One-to-one, at any size

A student should feel like they are learning from a person, not enrolled in a system. Scale is our engineering problem to solve quietly; it is not something a student should ever be able to feel.

The whole thing, in one place

Build, publish, sell, and run the community without leaving. Every seam we leave in the product is a subscription a creator has to manage and a place their students can get lost.

Say what is actually true

Empty dashboards say they are empty. Features that are not connected say so. If we have not built something, you will not find a convincing screenshot of it here — you will find a sentence explaining what is missing.

What Corsai isn’t

Three things we deliberately didn’t build.

Not a marketplace

We don't list your course next to a competitor's, and we don't own discovery or the relationship with your audience. Your students are yours.

Not a chatbot wrapper

One prompt asking for a course produces something forgettable. A team of specialists with narrow jobs and separate quality bars produces something you'd put your name on.

Not a point tool

Build, publish, sell, and run the community in one place — rather than a course tool plus a site builder plus a chat app plus a checkout.

We’re early, and we say so.

The builder, the course pipeline, the community, resources, events, subscriptions, custom domains and student checkout are all built. Automated email sequences are not, and the home page says so on the card rather than quietly implying otherwise.
