In short: your content and your students are yours, Corsai is early and we tell you where, everything the AI writes is a draft you review before it goes out, and starting needs no card — a paid plan begins only when you choose one, renews monthly until you cancel, and you can cancel it yourself from Billing.

1. What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of Corsai — the website at corsai.co, the creator workspace, the storefronts and communities you publish through it, and anything else we provide as part of the service.

By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company or an agency, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organization, and "you" means that organization.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not use Corsai.

2. Who you are contracting with

The legal entity behind Corsai is being finalised, and this section will name it — along with its registered address — before Corsai leaves early access. We have not put a placeholder company name here, because a name that turns out to be wrong is worse than an admitted gap.

In the meantime the operator of Corsai can be reached at corsaiapp@gmail.com, or through the contact form, and “Corsai”, “we” and “us” in these terms mean that operator.

3. Your account

You need an account to use most of Corsai. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you tell us when you register, for keeping your credentials private, and for everything that happens under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. Corsai is a commercial tool for people selling their own work, not a service for children.

Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has gained access to your account.

4. Corsai is in early access

Parts of Corsai are still being built, and we say so on the site rather than implying otherwise. Features described as available at launch are not available yet. Features that are available may change, and some may change substantially.

While the service is in early access you should not treat Corsai as the only copy of anything important to you. Keep your own copies of source material and finished content. We take reasonable care with your data and describe how in the Privacy Policy, but early-access software carries more risk than mature software, and we would rather tell you that than not.

We may add, change, or withdraw features. Where a change materially reduces what you can do on a paid plan, we will tell you before it takes effect.

5. Your content stays yours

You keep all rights to everything you bring to Corsai and everything you create with it — your source material, your voice samples, your course content, your storefront copy, your community, and your relationship with your students. Corsai claims no ownership of any of it.

You grant us a limited license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, and display your content only to the extent we need to operate the service for you: to run the AI agents that build your course, to render your published storefront to visitors, to deliver lessons to your students, and to back the data up. That license ends when you delete the content or close your account, other than for backups still within their retention period.

You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload. Do not put material on Corsai that you do not own or have permission to use.

6. AI-generated output

Corsai uses AI models to research topics, build a profile of how you write, design curricula, draft lessons, and write marketing copy. Everything those agents produce is a draft for you to review, edit, and approve. Nothing publishes to your students without you.

AI output can be wrong, out of date, or unsuitable, and it can resemble other material without either of us intending it. You are responsible for reviewing what the agents produce before you publish or sell it — particularly anything factual, medical, legal, or financial.

As between you and us, the output the agents generate for you is yours to use. We make no claim that AI-generated output is unique or that similar output has not been generated for someone else.

We do not use your content to train shared or general-purpose AI models. See the Privacy Policy for how your material is processed.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Corsai to:

  • Break the law, or help anyone else do so.
  • Publish material you do not have the rights to, or that infringes someone else's intellectual property.
  • Sell a course that misleads the people buying it about what they will receive.
  • Publish content that is hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, or that promotes self-harm or violence.
  • Impersonate another person or business, including by pointing a custom domain at a storefront designed to look like theirs.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Corsai, other creators' workspaces, or other creators' students.
  • Scrape, resell, or redistribute the service itself, or reverse-engineer it to build a competing product.
  • Interfere with the service's operation, including by overwhelming it with automated requests.

We may remove content or suspend access where we reasonably believe this section has been breached.

8. Your students are your responsibility

When someone enrolls in your course or joins your community, their relationship is with you. You decide what you sell, what you promise, and what your refund and conduct policies are. You are the one who has to honor them.

You are responsible for complying with the law that applies to selling to your audience — consumer rights, distance-selling and cancellation rules, advertising standards, and tax. Corsai provides the tooling; it does not make those obligations ours.

If you handle personal information about your students through Corsai, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to do so and for telling them how you use it.

9. Fees and paid plans

Creating a workspace is free. No payment method is required and none is taken, nothing expires, and nothing converts into a paid plan on its own: there is nothing to cancel and nothing renews unless you start a subscription yourself. A free workspace includes the website builder and unlimited editing, and a one-time allowance of AI work — one full AI course build, plus previews and single-field rewrites — which is granted once and does not renew. Publishing your site so the public can reach it requires a subscription, which you start yourself from Billing in your workspace. Everything you make stays in your account and stays editable either way.

Paid plans are a recurring monthly subscription plus a flat platform fee of $0.70 on each successful transaction. Corsai takes 0% of your sales revenue: the platform fee is a fixed amount per transaction and never a percentage of the sale. Current prices are on the pricing page, and we will not move an existing account onto a different plan or price without asking you first.

Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI course builds, stated on the pricing page and shown in your workspace under Billing. The allowance resets at the start of each calendar month and unused builds do not carry over. Where a build fails without producing any lesson, it is not counted against your allowance.

If a promotional price applies to your first month — for example through a referral link — the discounted amount and the price that follows it are both shown at checkout before you pay, and again under Billing.

Payments from your students are processed through your own connected Stripe account, not ours. You are the merchant of record for those sales: the funds are paid to you directly, Corsai never holds or forwards them, and refunds, chargebacks, and payouts are handled by you through Stripe. Stripe's own processing fees and its terms apply to those payments in addition to our platform fee.

A subscription renews automatically each month, at the price shown when you started it, until you cancel it. Subscriptions are billed in advance and are not refundable for a period already begun unless the law says otherwise.

You can cancel at any time, yourself, from Billing in your workspace — you do not have to contact us to do it. Your subscription then runs to the end of the period you have already paid for and stops, and your work stays in your account and stays editable.

The price shown at checkout is the amount charged. We do not currently add sales tax or VAT to a subscription. If we become required to collect tax on your subscription, the amount will be shown before you are charged it, and we will give notice under “Changes to these terms” first.

10. Custom domains

You may connect a domain you control to your Corsai storefront. You are responsible for registering and renewing that domain and for keeping its DNS records correct.

We verify that you control a domain before serving your storefront from it. Verifying ownership is not the same as securing it — certificates and routing depend on infrastructure that is being built, and the site tells you when a domain is verified but not yet live.

If a domain lapses, is transferred, or is used in breach of the acceptable-use section, we may stop serving it.

11. Suspension and ending the agreement

You can stop using Corsai whenever you want. Deleting a workspace or closing your account is not yet a self-serve control in the product — the button is there and deliberately disabled until there is an export to take with you first. Ask us at corsaiapp@gmail.com and we will do it for you.

Deleting a workspace deletes the content in it — its community and messages, and the files uploaded to it — and that cannot be undone.

We may suspend or close your account if you materially breach these terms, if we are required to by law, or if your use puts the service or other creators at risk. Where the circumstances allow it, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right.

If we close your account other than for a breach by you, we will give you a reasonable opportunity to export your content first.

12. Disclaimers

Corsai is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure against every threat, that AI output will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose, or that using Corsai will result in your course selling.

Nothing on Corsai is business, legal, tax, medical, or financial advice, including anything the AI agents write for you.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost goodwill, or lost or corrupted data, however caused.

Our total liability to you arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the greater of the total fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or one hundred US dollars.

These limits apply to the extent permitted where you live. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, in which case those parts do not apply to you.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product and the law change. The effective date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.

Where a change materially affects your rights we will give you reasonable notice before it takes effect — by email if we hold a working address for you, and in the product. Continuing to use Corsai after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

15. Governing law and disputes

The legal entity that provides Corsai, and the law that governs these terms, are not yet stated here. We would rather leave this blank than name something inaccurate in the one section a reader relies on to know where they stand.

We will name both in this section, and record the change under “Changes to these terms”, before Corsai leaves early access. Until then, nothing in these terms limits any mandatory right you have under the law of the country where you live, and any dispute may be brought wherever that law allows you to bring it.

Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us. Almost everything is faster to resolve by talking to a person, and we would rather do that.

Questions about these terms are best sent to corsaiapp@gmail.com, or through the contact form. How we handle personal information is set out in the Privacy Policy.
